Our Travel Teams

Our travel soccer teams are formed by age groups and gender. Collingswood Oaklyn SC (COSC) forms both boys and girls teams at most of the younger age groups. Teams are typically selected based on tryouts where coaches evaluate players based on ball skill, athleticism, mentality, and potential.

About our coaches

Our travel soccer team coaches are usually parent volunteers. Most have playing experience as well as coaching or leadership experience; and all have a passion for teaching the sport. All COSC head coaches and assistant coaches must complete a background check, player safety training, and an introductory coaching course provided by NJYS or US Soccer.
